No pain no gain, right?

Ouch is all I can say. I am finishing up my crossfit foundations program and boy are my arms sore today.  However, I must say I am feeling better than ever about doing crossfit. It is a wise investment and I feel so much better about my workouts! The high intensity of the workouts really confirms you don't need to work out for 2+ hours a day! Yes, yes, I feel like I may peel over during and after these workouts but, it's a great feeling once I can breath again! However, I can't get into the paleo lifestyle 😁it's just not my thing. I'll just stick we portion size and not going crazy with cookies. Cookies are my weakest link, or any dessert for that matter.
